Technical Specification.
Engine Gearbox.
Citroen 2CV/Dyane flat twin air-cooled 600cc engine, and gearbox unit with fan and cowling removed.
Chassis.
Original Citroen “punt” chassis or after market item.
Body frame & body work.
MIG welded, jig built space-frame, in 25mm square x 16swg tubing. Clad in 16swg aluminum alloy sheet Welded steel floor, GRP nose cone, scuttle, and rear body section and cycle wings. Aluminum bonnet with stainless steel hinge.
Steering.
Modified Citroen column, with addition of universal joint.
Suspension & Brakes.
Front: Citroen inboard discs and calipers or drums. Citroen suspension arms and axle tube.
Rear: Modified trailing arm suspension converted to provide one rear wheel. Customer supplied donor part modified by Leighton.
Wheels.
Front: 4J x 15 Wire spoked or Original 2CV
Rear: Standard Citroen 2CV.

You need from your donor:
Engine gearbox, with all ancillaries, clutch, starter alternator, carburetor etc.
Complete rolling chassis, with suspension, steering and column, shock absorbers, brakes, wheels, etc.
Pedal box and hydraulic brake master cylinder.
Gear lever assembly.
Hand brake lever and assembly, including ratchet bracket from under dash (cut from donor).
Instruments, regulator, etc.
Ignition coil and leads.
Seat belts.
Fuel tank sender (if required).
You supply to us for modification (Cost of modifications is included in our standard kit):
Both rear suspension trailing arms with brake drum/hub fitted.
Citroen steering column inner and outer.
Both rear suspension eye bolts.
Fan pulley.
Front hub uprights (with bearings and seals removed) to which we weld substantial mudguard brackets.
