News & Announcements We have now started production of Genuine Weslake spare parts for the Gurney-Weslake V8 Mk 4 engine. These will all be made from Original equipment and or drawings. As parts become available the will be listed in the GT40 and Gurney-Weslake section of the Website. We hope that the first parts will be available by the end of February 2008. Please fell free to contact for further details. Just added a guestbook to the site, so if you own a Weslake powered vehicle please leave any useful details, or any general comments. This guestbook is still under construction so keep checking back! Inlet manifold: Casting for the Capri 1972 - '73 type, freshly cast from the foundry, awaiting machining, more original products for the Weslake Capri.

Rocker Spacers and Shim's
A Series 8 port head, castings now machined. Work load permitting it will be dyno tested within the next two weeks.
Ball adjusters and bearings for Rocker's, valve springs and seats for Ford V6. NOW AVAILABLE!
Finished machined rocker covers awaiting despatch, now in stock.

Manufacture of genuine V6 parts continues in addition to the recent Cylinder Head casting we how now made Rockers inlet and exhaust just awaiting fitment of ball adjusters and tip hardening. Rocker shafts now made and awaiting Hardening. Rocker spacers Finished. Rocker pedestals Finished. We are currently manufacturing Five full sets of engine components. In progress next will be Rocker covers, throttle sliders, Water pump and impeller. We now have orders for three out of the five sets in progress.
Re-available after some considerable time we are pleased to offer the original Weslake sand cast rocker cover for the BMC 'A' series engine.
New V6 Cylinder head first castings back from the foundry. The head is still to be machined. These are the first castings since the 1970's and are made using the original Weslake tooling. More V6 products are in the pipeline so check back for regular updates.

Two tier Weslake 8 Port BMC A Series CylTinder head. Again this is just back from being cast and is yet to be machined, but looking good so far! This is the 1960's design cylinder head as used so successfully by Dr. George Shepherd in his Austin A40 during the 1960 season he was able to hold his own with 3.8 Jaguars, frequently passing them on the corners.
It was however at Snetterton that he achieved his ambition by beating the entire Jaguar entry. By the end of the season he had obtained 11 class wins set 5 lap records, been awarded the BMC bonneville trophy for winning outright the BRSCC supatura championship for cars up to 1 litre capacity. |
